Does Bettermode include every feature on this page in one platform?
Yes. Community structure, engagement, customization, moderation, analytics, and the developer platform are all part of Bettermode. Turn on what you need and leave the rest off.
Can I match the community to my brand?
To the pixel. Control layout, colors, and typography, remove Bettermode branding, and host on your own domain, so members see your product's community, not a Bettermode page.
Does Bettermode embed in my website or app?
Yes. Generate an embed for any part of the community and place it in your site or mobile app, where it behaves like a native section rather than a link out.
Which tools does it integrate with?
Slack, Intercom, Zapier, and more through the App Store, plus anything else through the GraphQL API and webhooks.
Do I need developers to run it?
No. Admins launch and run the community from the customization and moderation tools. Developers are optional, and when you want them, the API, webhooks, and SDK are there.
How is a customer community different from a support forum?
A support forum answers tickets. A customer community adds discussions, events, knowledge, feedback, and recognition, so members help each other and stay engaged between purchases.
